Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments, verify inventory counts, and maintain organized stock locations
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) following OSHA safety protocols
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with precision to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Conduct quality control inspections on products before shipment
- Maintain clean and safe work environment through regular housekeeping duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Flexible schedule availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
