Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counting procedures
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and safety compliance
- Process inbound shipments and verify product accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet weekend production targets
- Complete quality control checks on outgoing shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Flexibility for weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 6AM-2PM)
- Reliable transportation to industrial park location
- Warehouse or logistics experience a plus
