Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect and sort incoming inventory for quality control and proper documentation
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize space utilization
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company inventory standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Generate daily activity reports and maintain accurate inventory records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Flexibility to work weekends and occasional holidays
- Valid state driver's license (if operating equipment)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Team player with excellent communication skills
