Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and organize incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99% accuracy using voice-pick technology
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and safety compliance
- Conduct daily cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park location
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (company-paid)
