Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized storage areas and conduct daily cycle counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend shipping deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Process inbound shipments and verify inventory against purchase orders
- Support inventory audits and warehouse optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or distribution center experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Reliable transportation and weekend availability (Sat/Sun)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
