Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations, ensuring efficient workflow and safety compliance
- Train and mentor team members on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks) and inventory protocols
- Coordinate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes to meet weekend targets
- Conduct quality checks and maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Implement process improvements to optimize weekend shift productivity
- Manage cross-functional communication between departments
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/supply chain experience with weekend shift exposure
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to pass company training)
- Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage teams
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Flexible schedule availability (Fri-Sat/Sun shifts)
