Responsibilities
- Supervise weekend warehouse staff during peak operations
- Coordinate loading/unloading of trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Train new hires on equipment operation and procedures
- Collaborate with management to resolve operational bottlenecks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse management experience
- Valid forklift certification (Osha-certified preferred)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP experience a plus)
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
