Responsibilities
- Supervise weekend warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Train and mentor 5-7 team members on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Optimize workflow efficiency using warehouse management systems
- Conduct daily safety audits and maintain OSHA compliance
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless weekend handovers
- Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain production targets
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Excellent problem-solving and team leadership skills
- Spanish bilingual preferred (not required)
- Pass background check and drug screening
