Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety awareness
- Maintain organized warehouse layout through efficient stacking and inventory rotation
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments to prevent discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, hazard-free workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Assist in physical inventory counts and cycle counting processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided training
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Excellent teamwork skills with ability to communicate clearly in English/Spanish
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance record
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
