Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and store incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with accuracy and speed for shipment
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse space following 5S standards
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts as required
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
