Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Organize inventory in designated warehouse zones with precision
- Pick and pack orders for shipment with 99% accuracy
- Maintain clean, safe, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Conduct routine quality checks on incoming/outgoing goods
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper techniques
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in varied temperatures
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
