Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy
- Maintain organized inventory systems and stock levels
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow OSHA protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Keep warehouse clean and compliant with safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per day
- Pass background check and drug screening
