Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and process incoming/outgoing shipments
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and accurately
- Maintain organized inventory storage with precise labeling and tracking
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits for data accuracy
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment with quality assurance checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred; training provided for motivated candidates
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
