Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and scan customer orders to meet daily productivity targets
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Sort and organize inventory in designated zones to optimize warehouse flow
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure customer satisfaction standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic scanning and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Valid government-issued photo ID and ability to pass background check
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required

- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods
