Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining quality standards
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies in real-time
- Load/unload trucks and organize storage areas for optimal space utilization
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for order processing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA certification for material handling equipment operation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
