Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and scan inventory orders according to Amazon's strict quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow all safety protocols
- Meet productivity targets while maintaining accuracy in order fulfillment
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits as scheduled
- Adhere to Amazon's environmental, health, and safety guidelines at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid California Driver's License (if operating warehouse vehicles)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
