Responsibilities
- Manage inventory flow through systematic picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety protocols
- Maintain organized storage areas using FIFO principles and digital tracking systems
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Uphold OSHA compliance standards in all warehouse activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license
