Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99.8% accuracy for shipment to retail partners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse environment through daily 5S practices
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation monthly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Forklift certification preferred (training available)
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid state ID and clean background check required
