Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain organized inventory systems with precise cycle counts
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Perform facility upkeep including cleaning, pallet stacking, and equipment maintenance
- Support order assembly and quality control procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
