Responsibilities
- Manage efficient inventory flow through accurate receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment processes
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems with precision
- Maintain strict quality control standards by inspecting products and packaging
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and safety compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Utilize warehouse management systems for real-time inventory tracking
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Participate in monthly inventory audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- OSHA Forklift Certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency in basic inventory software and data entry
- Strong attention to detail with error-free documentation skills
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license required for equipment operation
- Proven ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills for team collaboration
