Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using provided handheld scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification) to move inventory
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow safety protocols
- Meet productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts
- Adhere to Amazon's safety guidelines and equipment handling procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Valid driver's license (if operating powered equipment)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and noise levels
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to Santa Ana facility
