Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Perform inventory checks, cycle counts, and maintain accurate stock records
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (climate-controlled warehouse)
