Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick and pack orders for shipment with attention to detail
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and responsibly
- Maintain organized storage areas and conduct regular cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist with inventory audits and documentation tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Valid Maryland driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
