Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments to verify quantities and condition.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies strictly.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks with precision and care.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in various weather conditions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
