Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system.
- Inspect and organize inventory to ensure proper stock rotation and storage.
- Load and unload trailers safely, utilizing proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to resolve any operational issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and pick tickets.
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (we provide training).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
