Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and label inventory in temperature-controlled facility
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment
- Maintain accurate warehouse inventory records via RF scanning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless shipping/receiving
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Support monthly cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required for all roles)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening

- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
