Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package inventory according to specifications
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Maintain organized warehouse storage areas and cleanliness standards
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as required
- Load/unload shipments efficiently while following safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Reliable transportation to/from the warehouse location
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
