Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Efficiently pack and prepare orders for shipment with quality control checks
- Maintain organized warehouse inventory through systematic stock rotation
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after certification)
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Complete daily warehouse reports and documentation accurately
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hour shifts with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math and literacy skills for inventory documentation
- Reliable transportation to our Baltimore facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
