Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to quality control standards and 5S workplace organization
- Support cycle counts and year-end inventory audits
- Assist in training new team members on warehouse procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
