Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Sort, organize, and inventory goods according to warehouse protocols
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to safety standards
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Complete shipping/receiving documentation accurately
- Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts
- Adapt to flexible scheduling including nights/weekends for overtime
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory and documentation tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment operation training provided)
- Reliable transportation to the 123 Industrial Drive location
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
