Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification provided)
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks
- Maintain clean, organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Load/unload trucks efficiently with team coordination
- Process returns and damaged goods documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Stand/walk for 8+ hour shifts
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Reliable transportation to North Phoenix location
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
