Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and document incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Optimize warehouse space by organizing inventory according to system protocols
- Pick and pack orders with precision to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification training provided)
- Conduct regular inventory audits and report discrepancies
- Maintain clean, OSHA-compliant work areas through daily sanitation routines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory system navigation
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided certification
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
