Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, scanners) to move, locate, and organize inventory
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with precision using provided handheld devices
- Maintain clean and organized workstations as per Amazon's high standards
- Adhere to all safety protocols while utilizing provided personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Utilize provided inventory management systems to track stock levels
- Report equipment issues promptly to maintenance team for resolution
Qualifications
- Ability to safely operate provided warehouse machinery (training included)
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs with provided equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent (or relevant experience)
- Basic computer literacy for operating provided warehouse technology
- Attention to detail when using provided scanning systems
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with provided safety gear
- Reliable transportation to Virginia Beach facility
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
