Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) provided by Amazon
- Sort, scan, and pack products with precision
- Maintain inventory accuracy using handheld scanners
- Adhere to strict safety guidelines and equipment protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Report equipment malfunctions to supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours (with provided anti-fatigue mats)
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to work in climate-controlled environment
- Valid government-issued ID
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs (with provided lifting aids)
