Responsibilities
- Operate provided warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners, forklifts) for efficient inventory movement
- Sort, scan, and package customer orders with precision using company-provided tools
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following Amazon's 5S methodology
- Adhere to all safety protocols while operating machinery and handling products
- Meet daily productivity targets while ensuring order accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and solve operational challenges
Qualifications
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (training provided on all tools)
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
