Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners, safety gear) with precision
- Sort, scan, and pack inventory according to Amazon’s quality standards
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanning technology
- Adhere to strict safety protocols in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment goals
- Perform equipment maintenance checks and report malfunctions
- Support facility cleanliness and organization initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to Plano facility
