Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (with certification)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and participate in cycle counting
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain organized workspaces
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and moving merchandise
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Flexible availability to work various shifts (including nights/weekends)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid driver's license for equipment operation (if applicable)
