Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with precision using handheld scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (with certification)
- Manage inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and stock rotation
- Maintain clean, organized work areas to ensure operational safety
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and Amazon's quality standards
- Process inbound shipments and prepare products for storage
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience advantageous but not required
- Valid driver's license may be required for equipment operation
