Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanning devices
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counting and stock rotation
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and participate in daily team briefings
- Optimize workflow efficiency by sorting and organizing products in designated zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily performance targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to supervisors immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn proprietary systems
- Valid state driver's license if operating powered equipment
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (coolers/freezers included)
- Pass background check and drug screening
