Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Load/unload freight trucks with proper equipment operation (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Operate automated sorting systems and conveyor belts
- Resolve inventory discrepancies and report equipment malfunctions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift certification provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to our Detroit facility
