Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle checks to maintain data integrity
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment (certification provided)
- Inspect and prepare products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn inventory software
- Forklift certification training provided (prior experience a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
