Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Load and unload freight trucks with proper material handling equipment (MHE)
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas following OSHA safety standards
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery safely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing shipments for quality compliance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and overtime
