Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and stock inventory in organized warehouse zones
- Pick and pack orders with accuracy using RF scanners and voice-pick systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain clean, safe work environment through regular 5S practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment deadlines
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits as scheduled
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper techniques
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation training)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures and stand for extended periods
- Team player with clear communication abilities
