Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and ship orders according to priority schedules
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse sections following safety protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in monthly inventory audits
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper techniques
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment operation training provided)
