Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse systems
- Receive, verify, and stage incoming inventory with attention to detail
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently (certification preferred)
- Maintain organized and clean work areas to meet OSHA standards
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
