Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments with precision
- Pick and pack orders for shipment using barcode scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after training
- Maintain accurate inventory counts in our digital system
- Ensure clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Assist in quality control and product inspection
Qualifications
- No warehouse experience required - training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to our Cleveland facility
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hour shifts
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
