Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Manage inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Prepare orders for shipment by packing and labeling according to specifications
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and perform routine equipment checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
