Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments with precision using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with WMS software
- Organize and maintain warehouse storage systems for optimal space utilization
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Operate warehouse automation systems when required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
