Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and store incoming inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Pick and pack orders with accuracy and speed for timely shipments
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and responsibly
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain organized inventory records
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
