Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and stock inventory with precision using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and responsibly
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy for timely customer fulfillment
- Maintain organized warehouse conditions through systematic cleaning and safety protocols
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation with attention to detail
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds frequently and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- OSHA Forklift Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficient in inventory management systems and RF scanning technology
- Strong work ethic with punctual attendance and reliability focus
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation and order verification
